Telangana records a 40% rise in online orders in FY-2022: Unicommerce

Mumbai, 12 May 2023: There has been a consistent rise in e-commerce adoption over the last few years, with consumers and businesses adopting e-commerce platforms. Another popular online shopping category in Telangana is home decor and kitchenware, which has reported over 50% YoY order volume growth in FY 2023.

Interestingly, it’s not just consumers but businesses in Telangana that are also adopting e-commerce. IDEMITSU Honda Racing India team from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) is all set to raise the stakes higher at Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia this weekend.

After making a strong start in the first opening round of Asia Production 250cc (AP250cc) class of Asia’s toughest road racing championship, the solo Indian two-wheeler racing team enters the upcoming round with a total 9 points.

Commenting on the upcoming round, Mr. P Rajagopi, Operating Officer – Premium Motorcycle Business, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India said, “The first round of 2023 ARRC witnessed our feisty riders Kavin and Mohsin delivering powerful performances on the international soil. Both our young guns scored points for the team. For round 2, the team is motivated and our riders are in full shape. Sepang circuit brings with it new challenges for Mohsin as he would be racing here for the first time. However, Kavin is already familiar with the track and his experience will help him in scoring more points. With their strategy in place, the team has its sight to have both riders as high up the standings as possible. Our riders have trained hard during these off weeks, so we continue with the same motivation to get the best results.”

Kavin’s strong performance at the Buriram International Circuit in round 1 is a testament to his talent. The Chennai racing prodigy scored 1 point in his first race after which his impressive riding skills during the second race resulted in 11th place finish. The 17-year-old rider enters the round 2 with total 6 points and is currently placed at 13th on the scoreboard.

Backing Kavin up as his teammate is the promising rookie rider Mohsin P. The young lad from Mallapuram is at 17th position with 3 points at his debut season at ARRC. Based on the learning so far, the 20-year-old rider will seek to climb up the scoreboard at Sepang International racetrack.

Sharing his thoughts, Kavin Quintal said, “I am very excited to be back at the Sepang International Circuit. I have worked hard on my weak points and personally, I feel strong and motivated to race in the second round of ARRC this weekend. As always, my aim is to give the best I can, so I am able to improve my performance in each outing and score more points for my nation and my team.”

Looking forward to the second round, Mohsin Paramban said, “I am happy to be in Malaysia to race for the second round on the MotoGP track. It will be a new adventure for me. With the guidance from my mentor and skilled technicians, I have worked hard on my weak points. I am optimistic to claim as many points as possible for this weekend.”

11th May 2023: Sonipat, Haryana, India – Rishihood University proudly announces the opening of its University Library, The Ashok Goel Library, on May 5, 2023, which coincides with Buddha Purnima. The library aims to serve not only the Rishihood University community but also the residents of Sonipat and Delhi NCR. This unique model marks the first time a public library is integrated into a private university.

The Ashok Goel Library is a testament to the university’s commitment to serving the community and promoting access to education for all. Ashok Goel, the library’s benefactor, is a world-renowned businessman who began his journey in Hissar, Haryana. The community library boasts an extensive collection of books, including academic resources, literature, history, and other genres. Additionally, the library provides a digital collection accessible to all members, featuring e-books, journals, and other online resources.

Equipped with comfortable seating, study tables, discussion, and project rooms, computer stations, an outdoor zone, and a reading hall, the library creates an ideal environment for learning and research. Library staff are available to help users find resources, navigate databases, and access online materials. Alongside its impressive collection, the library plans to host various community engagement programs, such as author talks, writing workshops, book fairs and exhibitions, and other cultural and educational activities.

KL Deemed to be University Announces Counselling Session for Graduate and Post Graduate Programs

New Delhi, May 2023: KL Deemed to be University is conducting its national-level admission counselling for engineering courses at KL Deemed to be University in Vijayawada and Hyderabad campuses. The counselling includes the candidates who shrehave passed KLEEE for undergraduate courses and KLMAT 2023 for management courses. KL Deemed-to-be University announced a substantial contribution of INR 100 crore for merit scholarships in 2023. In addition to the scholarships, KL Deemed to be University also announced fee concessions for candidates who outperformed in sports.

The KLEEE Counselling Procedure 2023 will be held in two rounds. The counselling of KL Deemed to be University admissions will be conducted entirely based on KLEEE Rank 2023. Therefore, all the shortlisted candidates will receive a call letter from the University and be invited to the counselling process. A subsequent number of steps are included in the KLEEE Counselling Schedule, which provides for registration, and document verification, followed by the seat allotment process.

With the mission to impart quality higher education and to undertake research and development with emphasis on application and innovation that cater to emerging societal needs through the overall development of the students of all sections, enable them to be globally competitive and socially responsible citizens with intrinsic values.
