I wrote “I’m Dreaming Of You” in October 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, when solitude hits and all you have is time to think,” Jen said. “After a lot of failures in the ‘love department,’ I often wonder if I will find someone who will love me. I get very emotional every time I talk about it. I imagine The love of my life, my soulmate, my one and only. They say love is fated, and I believe it. I believe someone is right for me, and I can’t wait for my wish to be granted!”

With over 15 years of culinary experience working in upscale restaurants throughout the US, Chef Paige brings a unique culinary perspective and blend of flavors to the hotel. Chef Paige most recently worked as the Executive Chef of The Mill Conference Center in Starkville, MS, and he brings his own Southern cuisine flair to the city of St. Louis.

Next, his career brought him to Orange Beach, AL, where he was Executive Sous Chef at Perdido Beach Resort. By 2016, he was Executive Sous Chef at the five-star Central in Montgomery, AL.

In 2014, Chef Paige received his BS in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of Cincinnati. Through this rigorous and well-rounded degree program, he explored both the front and the back of the house as he became familiar with traditional and emerging flavors from every corner of the world.

His mother started his cooking education when she had him assist in cooking the family Thanksgiving dinner when he was 8 years old. When Chef Paige is not living out his passion for cooking, he enjoys bowling and playing miniature golf. Chef Paige spent 8 years in the Air Force and has been married to his wife, Mekissa, for nearly 2 years.

East Boston, MA, February 07, 2023 – On March 5, 2023, at 4 pm, Boston Opera & Zarzuela will hold “Zarzuela en East Boston” at Zumix, located 260 Sumner St, East Boston, MA 02128.

This family-friendly concert consists of some of the most well-known romances and ensembles of the Zarzuela repertoire.

Zarzuela is the Hispanic equivalent of Opera in Spanish, and as a Hispanic lead nonprofit organization, it is part of Boston Opera & Zarzuela’s mission to share its musical heritage in Boston.

Featuring international artists: Gift Anyagwochu, Herman Díaz, Tatevik Kocharyan, Eliana Osorio, Lucia Panizza, David Rivera Bozon, and Noriko Yasuda.
