The app allows for the sharing of current and live locations of vehicles and provides a live vehicle cluster for real-time dashboard views. My Eicher users can create custom Point-of-Interests (POI) and routes relevant to their business operations. After creating POIs and routes, customers receive automated reports and insights about their trips with fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization and stoppage report.

Aftermarket service: Users can effortlessly book service, report breakdowns (automatically fetching the location for connected vehicles) and stay informed about the real-time status of their vehicle repairs.

Uptime Management: To ensure excellent fleet health, Eicher’s industry-first Uptime Centre tracks all the connected vehicles 24×7 to monitor driving conditions and vehicle health. Through its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machnie Learning (ML) powered predictive diagnostics service, Eicher experts can detect potential damage to the vehicle in its running conditions and alert customers through call and predictive uptime alerts via My Eicher App. Customers also receive information about the nature of the fault, recommended action (through videos & documents) and status of the support issue. Fuel Management: Fuel cost is the largest expense for any fleet operations. Hence, monitoring and optimizing fuel expenses is critical for every transport business. The Fuel Management feature of My Eicher allows customers to keep track of all fuel refill and drain (pilferage) events (if any) and any other adblue fill events for their fleet. Customers can get the time, location and quantity of all fuel added or drained for better transparency and reduced manual dependency.

Fleet Insights: Fleet Insights allows users to monitor more than 50 parameters across Vehicle Utilization, Fuel, Safety & Driving Behaviour. It offers actionable insights through which customers can analyze and benchmark the performance of their vehicles as well as the drivers. The insights further help in generating custom reports, comparing vehicle performance, scheduling email deliveries, and setting alerts for fuel, uptime and driving behaviour.

Connected EV services: To monitor the charging patterns and track EV vehicle performance, My Eicher has Charging Management module which contains Charging Summary, Charge & Discharge graphs along with reports consisting of EV parameters. The young table tennis lad clinched Silver in the U-15 Boys Doubles and Bronze in Mixed Doubles during the competition.

The World Table Tennis (WTT) is the arm of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), revolutionizing the sport since its inception in 2019. WTT events are considered highly prestigious in the table tennis world due to their rigorous competition standards and the platform they provide for emerging talents to compete alongside established stars.

His journey to Silver and Bronze medals included some brilliant victories at the 16 rounds, the quarterfinals against the USA, the semifinals against another Indian competitor, and a fiercely contested final against Puerto Rico.

This was not the first time that Sahil participated in an international-level competition. Starting his professional journey in 2021 from Dehradun, he has earned a very impressive count of ten National medals and four international medals to his name, constantly proving that he is remarkable at table tennis. The doubles competition had been structured into Main Draw, Pre-Quarterfinals, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and the Finals.

Sahil started practising Table Tennis in 2017, and he has been trained under coaches namely Peter Nilson, Veer Saran, Manish Verma, and Halim. Currently, he is trained under Peter Nilson at PSPB Table Tennis Academy.

UPES and Bajaj Auto partner to establish BEST centre for upskilling engineers

 August 06, 2024: UPES and Bajaj Auto Limited entered into a partnership to train engineering students – graduates, and diploma holders – in emerging 21st century technologies. Under this partnership, Bajaj Auto will set up an advanced Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) Centre at UPES as part of their CSR commitment.

BEST is the flagship CSR initiative of Bajaj Auto Ltd. that aims to empower engineers from tier 2, and tier 3 engineering and diploma colleges by setting up state-of-the-art labs in collaboration with top universities in India. Akshaya Patra Foundation Provides Rapid Relief to Flooded Wayanad Communities

Bangalore, 06th August, 2024 – In the wake of devastating floods and landslides that have swept through the Wayanad district of Kerala, the Karnataka-based Akshaya Patra Foundation has initiated a major relief operation to support the affected communities. This collaborative effort highlights the government’s commitment to social welfare and ensures that immediate aid reaches those in desperate need.

The Foundation has already distributed 1,000 grocery kits in the flood-ravaged areas and is preparing to deliver an additional 9,000 kits in the coming days. These kits are calculated to provide 42 nutritious meals, sustaining a family of three for up to a week, underscoring the Foundation’s and the Government’s joint efforts to address food security amidst crisis.

RIL registers 74.78% growth on QoQ basis, PBT at 48.05 Crores

Mumbai, August 06, 2024: Refex Industries Limited (RIL), a leading conglomerate in India, reported its financial results for the first quarter ending June 30th, 2024. The company has registered a 74.78% in revenue growth when compared to Q4 FY24.

The highlights of the Q1 FY25 results include quarter-on-quarter increase in revenue by Rs 252.27 crores from Q4 FY24 to Q1 FY25, year-on-year increase in EBITDA by Rs 8.74 crores from Q4 FY24 to Q1 FY25 and year-on-year increase in PBT by Rs 5.53 crores from Q4 FY24 to Q1 FY25.

The highlights of the Q1 FY25 results include year-on-year increase in revenue by Rs 208.28 crores from Q1 FY24 to Q1 FY25, year-on-year increase in EBITDA by Rs 15.67 crores from Q1 FY24 to Q1 FY25 and year-on-year increase in PBT by Rs 18.12 crores from Q1 FY24 to Q1 FY25.

Kia India continues growth momentum, registers 20,507 unit sales in July 2024

Mumbai, 6th August 2024: Kia India, a leading premium carmaker, continues its growth momentum with 20,507 domestic dispatches in July 2024. The company registers 2.5% Y-O-Y growth compared to the 20,002 units sold in July 2023. The newly launched Sonet claimed the highest contribution to Kia India’s July 2024 sales with 9,459 units, followed by Carens and Seltos with 5,679 and 5347 units, respectively. As per Vahan, Kia India recorded a growth of 26% against the industry average of 9% in the month.

Kia India’s success extends beyond domestic sales, with a strong demand for ‘Make in India’ vehicles in international markets. The company exported 2,500 units in July ’24, with Seltos contributing 932. The Sonet and Carens contributed 740 and 833 units to Kia India’s overseas dispatches for the month.
