IMS Noida Concludes Three Week Orientation Program

Noida. IMS Noida, located in Sector 62, successfully concluded its orientation program for MBA and MCA students. Spanning from July 24 to August 12, the three-week initiative brought together subject matter experts and industry leaders who mentored students on moral values, leadership, teamwork, career planning, communication, and emerging industry trends. The program also included an array of engaging activities such as workshops, guest lectures, group discussions, case studies, and interactive industry sessions.

Professor (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan, Director General of IMS Noida, motivated the students by emphasizing that the true value of higher education lies not only in acquiring knowledge but also in fostering overall personality development. He noted that in today’s highly competitive and ever-evolving world, academic qualifications alone are insufficient—attributes such as leadership, creative thinking, effective communication, moral integrity, and social responsibility are equally vital. He encouraged students to embrace a positive outlook and maintain a spirit of continuous learning to successfully navigate future challenges.

Professor (Dr.) Neelam Saxena, Dean of IMS, emphasized that knowledge should not be confined to classrooms but should be applied to real-life situations. “If we approach every challenge as a learning and growth opportunity, life becomes more rewarding,” she said. Concluding the event, she urged students to focus not only on their academic performance but also on active participation in social, cultural, and personal development activities so they can face any challenge in the future with confidence and competence.

Professor (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Gupta, Head of the IMS School of IT, informed that a total of 15 industry experts took part in this special training program, which ran for three weeks. These experts not only discussed current industrial trends and technological advancements in detail but also provided guidance on essential skills, innovations, and strategies required to address future challenges effectively.

Youth: The Triple Power for a Better Tomorrow ,Skills, Culture, and Ethics

birbal jha

By – Dr Birbal Jha

Every generation inherits both the challenges and opportunities of its time. But the youth of today stand at a unique crossroads—where the pace of change is lightning fast, and the demands of the future are knocking louder than ever. In such a time, what can guide the youth to not just survive but thrive? The answer lies in a powerful threefold formula: English for livelihood, Indian culture for identity, and ethics for social progress.

As I often say, let English be your ladder to livelihood, Indian culture your root of identity, and ethics your compass for social progress. In a globalised world, English is no longer just a subject in schools—it is the passport to opportunities, the bridge that connects dreams to reality. Mastering it can open the doors to jobs, entrepreneurship, and international networks. Master English to open global doors, embrace Indian culture to know who you are, and uphold ethics to lead the world forward.

Yet, career success without cultural grounding can leave one rootless. Indian culture is more than tradition; it is a living heritage of values, resilience, and unity. Knowing where you come from gives you the confidence to face where you’re going. That’s why I believe, A prosperous youth is one who earns with skill, stands tall in cultural pride, and walks straight on the path of ethics.

But there’s a third and perhaps most vital pillar—ethics. Skills can get you a job; culture can give you identity; but ethics will decide how you use both. Without ethics, power can be dangerous, success can be hollow, and progress can be unsustainable. As I often remind the young, English equips your career, culture enriches your soul, and ethics empower your society—grow in all three, and you’ll never shrink in life.

On International Youth Day, this message becomes even more important: Your words in English can earn you bread, your cultural values can earn you respect, and your ethics can earn you immortality. Youth is the golden hour to set the course of your life, to learn the skills that will sustain you, to nurture the cultural values that will shape you, and to practice the ethics that will define you.

The future belongs to those who are globally competent yet culturally proud, ambitious yet ethical. As I often put it, “Be a youth who speaks the language of the world, carries the culture of India, and lives by the principles of humanity.” Because, while fluency in English may make you employable, fluency in ethics will make you unforgettable.

And when youth combine skills with culture and ethics, they don’t just create careers—they create history. They don’t just build lives—they build nations. As I sum it up: English can take you to the world, Indian culture can keep you grounded, and ethics can take you beyond yourself.

So, dear youth—learn with passion, live with pride, and lead with integrity. The world is waiting for your light.

International Youth Day 2025: 5 Useful Skills Everyone Should Hone

12th August 2025: International Youth Day, celebrated annually on 12 August, serves as a reminder that local actions by young people can have a significant global impact. This year’s theme, ‘Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond’, highlights the importance of practical skill-building in enabling young people to make meaningful contributions to their communities whilst preparing for the future.

youth day

Here are five useful, future-ready skills to focus on in 2025:

1) Digital literacy and AI awareness
Digital tools have become the backbone of learning, work, and civic participation. Being familiar with them helps young people turn ideas into real-world impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. At a local level, understanding how to use data, protect privacy, and leverage AI responsibly can power community projects, from sustainability dashboards to neighborhood learning hubs.
2) Communication and storytelling
Strong communication – writing, speaking confidently, and using visuals – helps ideas travel from local rooms to global rooms. Whether pitching a youth initiative to the city council or coordinating volunteers for a climate drive, persuasive storytelling turns participation into policy and momentum into measurable outcomes.
3) Problem-solving and systems thinking
Today’s challenges rarely have a single cause or a single fix. This makes systems thinking all the more valuable. Learning to map causes, test small solutions, and iterate with community feedback builds resilience and makes local SDG efforts more effective, whether it is waste reduction, road safety, or digital inclusion.
4) Online skill-based gaming for cognitive fitness
When done thoughtfully, skill-based gaming can be a smart workout for the brain. Regular engagement in skill-based gaming is often associated with enhanced performance in tasks requiring impulse control and working memory, though context and balance matter. In India, one of the leading online skill-based gaming platforms, like Zupee, focuses on the “game of skill” approach. Zupee offers classic games like Ludo with a modern twist, requiring strategy, observation, and quick thinking. Zupee uses a Random Number Generator (RNG), data from which is posted on an immutable ledger, in line with government standards for transparency and accountability. The key to acing online skill-based gaming is mindful play: choose formats that challenge planning and focus, set time & spending limits, and reflect on strategies after each session to lock in cognitive benefits.
5) Community leadership and collaboration
Youth leadership shines brightest when it is local, inclusive, and action-oriented – co-creating solutions with neighbors, schools, and small businesses. Building skills in facilitation, partnership-building, and project management translates SDG goals into neighborhood realities, from cleaner parks to safer streets and better access to digital learning.
International Youth Day 2025 is more than just an observance; it’s a direction. Sharpen these five skills, start local, and keep going. Small, steady practice builds the kind of capability that communities, as well as the world, can feel.

WeSolve AI was created based on the potential of artificial intelligence and a deep understanding of market challenges. It offers ready, effective solutions that transcend the traditional agency service model. This is an agile complement to WebTalk’s portfolio, opening up access to its knowledge and technology in a new, standardized form, while strategic, comprehensive communications support for key clients remains the foundation of the agency’s business.

Jarek Ziębiński, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wondrlab Europe, underscores the strategic importance of this initiative for the group. “Effective digital transformation is achieved through a wise fusion of technology, strategy, and creativity. This is a game-changing proposition that signals the future direction of the entire marketing industry.”

The initial WeSolve AI product offering consists of four solutions:

● Hyper-Targeted Lead Generation Engine – an engine supervised by the agency’s team for precisely acquiring sales contacts, designed for businesses where a steady flow of high-quality leads is crucial for growth.
● E-commerce Product Visual & Content Automation – a solution that automates the creation of diverse product content and visuals at scale, powered by strategic input from the agency’s experts.
● Operational Analytics Framework – an environment guided by the agency’s analytics team, designed for comparative data analysis and for generating insights in a format that facilitates business decision-making.

They are tailored to client requirements, trained on a closed database, and designed to increase the efficiency of sales processes.

The product offering is complemented by WeSolve AI: Adoption & Governance – a consulting and implementation service. It covers training, the development of internal security policies, and AI workflow systems, preparing a client’s entire organization to use new technologies effectively and securely.

“The market demands proven, reliable solutions that can be deployed efficiently and deliver a measurable business impact,” said Michał Dunin, Founder of WebTalk & CEO of Wondrlab Europe. “This is why we developed WeSolve AI. We provide clients with a clear path to leveraging AI through a finished product that solves their challenges. “At WebTalk, we have been researching and implementing new technologies for years, so WeSolve AI is a natural and exciting step forward for us. It is the culmination of our experience,” commented Dorota Pindel, WeSolve AI & Innovation Director. “Our goal is to standardize time-consuming processes to share the generated value with clients in a partnership model. WeSolve AI is therefore not a competitor to comprehensive agency services, but a complement to them, especially valuable for medium-sized companies seeking agile and effective solutions. The art is to ensure that technology does not replace human creativity, but rather enhances it and unleashes its potential.”

The introduction of WeSolve AI by WebTalk is a significant strategic development, underscoring Wondrlab Group’s commitment to integrating advanced technology into marketing services. This launch strengthens the Group’s overall position as an innovation leader shaping the future of the industry in Central Europe and beyond.
