It covers critical aspects like indoor air and water quality, natural lighting, access to fitness and green spaces, and overall strategies promoting mental and emotional well-being.

“As global demand for healthier, more resilient homes continues to grow, creating spaces that actively support well-being has never been more important,” said Prateek Khanna, IWBI Chief Operating Officer. “We applaud Experion’s leadership in putting resident health first and setting a strong example for healthier homes in India.”

Experion Elements, The Trillion, and One42 are designed with a strong emphasis on environmental and human health. These projects feature generous green spaces, abundant natural daylight, active lifestyle zones, and an overall infrastructure that promotes physical activity, restfulness, and emotional balance.

At a time when homebuyers are increasingly prioritizing health, safety, and sustainability, Experion Developers is setting a new benchmark in the Indian real estate sector. With this precertification, the company is not only on the path to full WELL Residence status for its projects, but also leading the charge toward responsible, human-centric development.

This achievement reaffirms Experion’s vision of transforming India’s residential landscape by designing homes that empower residents to live well physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Launched in 2024, the WELL for residential program seeks to provide a solution that helps transform the global residential market and ensure that everyone, no matter their background, has access to a home that enhances their health and enables them to make healthier decisions. It is part of IWBI’s WELL ecosystem that comprises WELL Certification under the WELL Building Standard, a library of building and organizational strategies focused on health, the WELL Health-Safety Rating, WELL Performance Rating, WELL Equity Rating, WELL Coworking Rating and certification under the WELL Community Standard. WELL’s holistic, evidence-based approach has provided a roadmap for organizations to promote human and social capital performance and enhance their ESG strategy. Samsung Introduces Galaxy Buds3 FE With Iconic Design, Enhanced Sound and Galaxy AI Integration

Samsung Electronics today announced the launch of Galaxy Buds3 FE, the newest addition to the Galaxy Buds lineup. As part of Samsung’s mission to expand its audio innovation to more people, Galaxy Buds3 FE are designed to deliver premium features at an accessible price. Buds3 FE bring more users into the Galaxy ecosystem with an iconic Blade design, upgraded audio performance and Galaxy AI capabilities.

Galaxy Buds3 FE are designed to offer an enhanced audio experience. Impactful enhancements in the Galaxy Buds lineup build off innovations in core features including Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), call quality, battery life, comfort and more to allow users the freedom to listen where they want, when they want and how they want.

Building on Samsung’s understanding of sound as the most essential part of the user experience, Galaxy Buds3 FE were made for the quiet moments on a crowded train, a call on a windy street and the playlist that powers the walk home. With a larger speaker, Buds3 FE deliver rich, powerful sound with deep bass and clear treble. Enhanced ANC reduces ambient noise, creating a more immersive listening experience. Crystal Clear Call technology uses an advanced pre-trained machine learning model to isolate your voice, ensuring conversations remain clear even in noisy environments. The call experience is also improved by the adjusted microphone position, which is optimized for voice pickup with microphones facing towards the user’s mouth.

Ease of use is central to the Galaxy Buds3 FE design with intuitive controls that facilitate effortless interactions. Users can simply pinch the Blade to make selections or swipe for volume control. It’s also easier to connect via the pairing button on the cradle for transitions between Galaxy devices. With Auto Switch, Galaxy Buds3 FE actively detect audio activity and transfer the connection seamlessly for continuous listening across all of your Galaxy devices.

Additionally, AI features and the Buds3 FE design ensure that queuing up the next playlist or translating a conversation from one language to another is always just a word or long press away. When phrases like “Hey Google” are used, Buds3 FE can listen, understand, and respond without a screen or hands — just the user’s voice. The experience is fast, natural and conversational, designed to feel more like talking to a friend than using a device. Users can also check their daily agenda or email without removing their phone from their pocket or bag. For translation, they can use Buds3 FE with the Galaxy AI Interpreter app on their smartphone to listen to a lecture in a foreign language or have a conversation with someone in another language.

The Galaxy Buds3 FE Blade Design represents the Galaxy lineup’s distinct visual identity. With a matte dual-tone finish and semi-transparent accents, it reflects a balance of simplicity and expressive detail for a modern but playful aesthetic.

Galaxy Buds3 FE mark a new chapter in expanding the Galaxy Experience. Designed for users who want reliable performance, smart features, and a stylish design at a great value, Galaxy Buds3 FE make it easier than ever to join the Galaxy ecosystem. The earbuds also offer seamless integration with Galaxy devices, including quick access from system settings and app-free control from any screen.

5 Reasons Why Steamed South Indian Dishes Are Healthier and Cleaner

healthier food

The right kind of cooking is also a quiet declaration of care. And steaming, perhaps more than any other method, carries that grace effortlessly. It respects the ingredients, the eater, and even the kitchen that prepares it. In South Indian cuisine, especially at places like Kamats Legacy that honour heritage and hygiene in equal measure, steamed dishes occupy a special place not only on the menu, but in the hearts of the people. Here’s why steamed food continues to be one of the healthiest, cleanest, and most comforting choices on any South Indian thali:

1. Because good health should taste this good

Well-regarded South Indian dining spaces have dishes like Thatte Idli, Ghee Podi Idli, and Kanchipuram Idli taking centre stage. Made without oil, and rich in complex carbs and fibre, these dishes are light on the stomach but incredibly satisfying. Steamed food retains the natural flavour and texture of ingredients without masking them under oil a principle that defines kitchens like Kamats Legacy.

2. Fermentation & steam = a gut-friendly powerhouse

Take a closer look at Set Idli served with coconut chutney and molagapodi it’s a perfect example of how fermented batter, when steamed, becomes a probiotic gift to the body. The process preserves nutrients, regulates digestion, and promotes satiety. At thoughtful vegetarian kitchens across India, this balance of science and soul makes steamed fare the main event, not just a side act.

3. Hygienic, efficient, and kind to the kitchen

Unlike frying or grilling, steaming keeps the kitchen clean and smoke-free a big plus for professional kitchens serving hundreds each day. It’s water-efficient and allows bulk cooking with minimal fuss. Iconic eateries with banana leaf service, like Kamats Legacy, lean on steam-based prep to maintain freshness and speed.

4. Food that heals across generations

From a toddler’s first bite to an elderly parent’s comfort meal dishes like Idiyappam, Appam Thengai Paal, and Annam Thakali Rasam are beloved across age groups. They’re warm, gentle, and easy to digest. In a culture where food is medicine, this kind of versatility is gold. Steaming, then, becomes more than a technique it becomes a philosophy.

5. Every dish carries a memory and a method

There’s nostalgia in a plate of Appam Malabar Stew or Bisi Belle Bath steamed just right. These dishes have lasted because they were crafted with purpose to cool, to calm, to nourish. At Kamats Legacy, where only high-quality oils like groundnut oil are used (and only where needed), steaming is the foundation. It preserves both authenticity and flavour, exactly as tradition intended.

At a time when hygiene is sold like a product, steamed South Indian food is a humble yet powerful reminder that simplicity works. It respects the body, honours tradition, and delivers warmth in every bite. Perhaps that’s why it’s never really gone out of fashion and that’s why it’s needed now more than ever.
