New Delhi, June 17: Crocs™, a global leader in innovative casual footwear, has launched the India adaptation of its global ‘Wonderfully Unordinary’ platform, marking a major cultural and commercial moment for the brand. Set against the backdrop of the monsoon and featuring brand ambassador Rashmika Mandanna, the campaign celebrates self-expression through a distinctly local lens.
Originally launched globally earlier this year, Wonderfully Unordinary champions individuality and embracing what makes you different. The India chapter captures the energy, spontaneity, and cultural significance of the monsoon through a visually immersive campaign film.
The film follows Rashmika Mandanna as she steps out of a world of conformity and into a vibrant universe of self-expression. Joined by creators Swayam Siddhi, Kevin Zhingkai, Krithi, and Aryan Katoch, the film blends fashion, music, and culture through a series of striking monsoon-inspired moments that celebrate instinctive individuality.
Speaking about the campaign, Rashmika Mandanna said: “What I loved most about this campaign was how natural and fun it felt. It celebrates people for who they are, and that made the experience special. I was especially excited to wear the new Ballet silhouette—it’s comfortable, versatile, and perfectly fits my everyday style.”
Carly Gomez, Chief Marketing Officer, Crocs, added: “Monsoon remains one of the most important moments for Crocs in India, making it the perfect backdrop for our local adaptation of Wonderfully Unordinary. Together with Rashmika and a diverse creator community, we’ve built a campaign that celebrates creativity, confidence, and self-expression while showcasing Crocs as a canvas for personal style.”
The film was conceptualised by Kulfi Collective, produced by Calk & Cheese, and directed by Achowe.
Now live across digital, social, and retail touchpoints, the campaign is supported by a refreshed monsoon collection led by the Classic Ballet, seasonal colourways across the Classics range, the Classic Platform Buckle Clog, and India-exclusive monsoon-inspired Jibbitz™ charms. The collection is available on Crocs retail stores nationwide and through Crocs India and Myntra.
