Mumbai, Aug 19: FUJIFILM India today announced the opening of FUJIFILM House of Photography, the company’s first immersive photography and imaging destination in India and the eleventh globally. The opening is timed with World Photography Day, observed globally on August 19th, and falls in a landmark year celebrating 200 years since the invention of photograph.
Located in Andheri West, Mumbai, the two-storey, 5,795 sq. ft. destination brings together Fujifilm‘s complete imaging ecosystem under one roof. More than an experience centre, FUJIFILM House of Photography is a creative space where imaging technology, art and storytelling come together. Designed for all, from novice photographers, to filmmakers, content creators, and professionals alike, it offers hands-on experiences that inspire creativity, exploration and collaboration.

The opening of India‘s first FUJIFILM House of Photography reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing the country’s growing imaging culture offering end-to-end experiences from learning and inspiration to creation and output. The centre has been designed to take visitors on a complete imaging journey. The space offers Fujifilm‘s renowned instax™, X Series and GFX System cameras through guided hands-on experiences, alongside dedicated zones for QuickSnap™ single-use cameras and binoculars.
For the first time in India, the company will also showcase its “Z Series” lineup of projectors through a dedicated experience zone. Visitors can explore Fujifilm‘s premium printing solutions, discovering how digital moments can be transformed into lasting memories. The design of the space is inspired by India‘s rich architectural heritage, bringing together the fluidity of traditional design and the elegance of Art-Deco architecture. Thoughtfully curated to capture the essence of India’s architectural legacy, offering every corner a new perspective and creating an immersive destination to explore, learn, and experience the complete Fujifilm imaging ecosystem.

The ground floor is dedicated to hands-on product experiences, featuring the instax™, X Series and GFX System alongside dedicated zones for QuickSnap™ and binoculars. Visitors can explore a live instax print bar, an X Series discovery table and a dedicated GFX and lens display, with guided demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of each system. The first floor serves as a creative community hub, featuring a curated photo gallery, a fully equipped creator studio, a workshop area, a Pro Print Centre and dedicated enterprise imaging solutions. Designed to encourage learning, collaboration and creative exchange, the space offers photographers, creators and enthusiasts an environment to connect, create and grow.
