Noida, Aug 26, 2026: Logitech, in partnership with Aspire For Her, hosted the Noida zonal round of its nationwide Generative AI hackathon under the #WomenWhoMaster initiative. The zonal event at Amity University gathered aspiring women developers from across Delhi-NCR.
This initiative is a coordinated nationwide effort led by Logitech MX and Aspire For Her to democratize access to future-ready tech skills, mentorship, and career pathways. Designed as an end-to-end skill-building movement, the hackathon equips women with Generative AI capabilities, proving that applied Generative AI skills can serve as a direct catalyst for financial independence and career advancement. Demonstrating nationwide impact, the movement has mobilized nearly 100,000 women across 15,729 colleges and 5,107 cities, with over 60% of applicants coming from Tier 2 cities and below.
As the program and implementation partner, Aspire For Her helped translate the nationwide initiative into an end-to-end participant journey. Drawing on its community and institutional network, Aspire For Her supported outreach, participant mobilisation, generative AI enablement, mentoring and the coordination of zonal rounds across eight locations. Beyond the competition, participants will also gain access to a wider ecosystem of mentorship, skilling, peer learning and career opportunities designed to help women build sustained careers in technology.
The initiative aims to address the persistent gender gap in technology by expanding access to STEM skills, mentorship, and career opportunities for women and girls. In Noida, 312 women participated in the regional zonal event. Participants worked on AI applications covering specialized Generative AI solutions for tailored career transitions and female education. Key projects included a research-grounded, multi-model AI career pivot guider providing women with realistic 90-day roadmaps despite tight time constraints and personal responsibilities, alongside purpose-built, non-generic AI educational tools designed to expand access and quality learning for women.
Shortlisted participants from the Noida zonal will represent the region at the Grand Finale on September 10 at Logitech’s Chennai HQ, competing among 112 national finalists.

Reflecting on their journey, the finalists shared their passion for creating practical, high-impact technology. They noted that building solutions tailored to real-world challenges, whether creating realistic multi-model AI career transition plans or innovative educational platforms, demanded both technical rigor and persistence. Overcoming technical hurdles along the way, the innovators expressed that determination to drive meaningful societal change, combined with a focus on grounded, analytical problem-solving, was the driving force behind their hackathon achievements.
This milestone initiative reflects Logitech’s continued commitment to advancing women in STEM through sustained skilling, mentorship, and community-building programs.
