Its growth is increasingly broad-based, driven not just by its established strengths in IT and life sciences, but also by the rapid expansion of GCCs, aerospace, manufacturing and other high-value industries. This is attracting specialised talent and creating a strong, employment-led foundation for real estate demand. The market data reinforces this momentum. Office leasing has reached a record 7.5 million sq.ft. as on H1 2026 up 29% YoY with GCCs contributing 45% of demand. Strong premium demand, rising NRI participation and a tightening rental market further reflect the city’s growing depth. The opportunity now is to ensure supply keeps pace with evolving demand. Hyderabad’s next phase of growth will be defined not just by how fast the city grows, but by how inclusively, sustainably and thoughtfully it develops.”
The successful conclusion of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 brought together the real estate industry and homebuyers on a common platform and highlighted the continued momentum in Hyderabad’s property market.
The three-day exhibition provided visitors with access to RERA approved projects while enabling direct interaction with developers.
