
Pune, Sep 21: Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. (AHFL) has announced the inauguration of three new branches across Pune city. The new branches are located in Bawdhan, Shikrapur and Saswad. With this expansion, the company’s total branch count in Pune will increase to 18, while its nationwide network will expand to over 630. The new branches will strengthen Aadhar’s access to customers across the region and support its commitment to providing affordable housing finance to households from the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) segments.
To mark the occasion, inauguration ceremonies were held at all three locations. The events were attended by senior officials, including Mr. Anil Nair, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Satyam Verma, Chief Business Leader, and other dignitaries from the company.
Pune’s residential market continues to witness growth, supported by new employment opportunities, infrastructure development and the expansion of residential corridors. Housing sales in the city increased 7% year-on-year to 92,341 units in the 12 months ending June 2026, while residential launches grew 14% to 1,01,085 units. The growth in housing sales and launches highlights continued housing demand across established and emerging areas and the importance of accessible housing finance for aspiring homeowners.
