Maintaining a healthy lifestyle often requires discipline, mindful eating, and consistency, but everyone has that one cheat meal that makes all the effort worthwhile. While fitness and balanced nutrition remain an important part of their routines, Sony SAB artists Iqbal Khan, Muskan Bamne, Toral Rasputra, and Gulki Joshi believe that occasional indulgences are equally important. From comforting classics to irresistible street food and decadent desserts, the actors reveal the treats they happily make an exception for when it’s time to reward themselves.
Iqbal Khan, who plays Dr. Dev in Yaadein, shared,
“I generally try to eat clean and stay disciplined with my fitness routine, but if there’s one cheat meal I can never resist, it has to be biryani. There’s just something incredibly satisfying about a well-made biryani. I believe fitness is all about balance, and once in a while, enjoying your favourite food without overthinking it is absolutely okay.”
Gulki Joshi, who plays Dr. Srishty Agarwal in Yaadein, shared,
“I do try to stay conscious about my food choices, but I also have a major sweet tooth. My cheat meal usually involves a rich chocolate dessert, whether it’s cake, brownies, or ice cream. I think fitness should never feel like punishment. If you’re consistent with your routine, treating yourself once in a while is completely deserved.”
Muskan Bamne, who plays Shanaya in Pushpa Impossible, shared,
“I try to be mindful about what I eat, but pani puri is my biggest weakness. No matter how disciplined I am with my diet, I can never say no to it. For me, cheat meals are all about enjoying the foods you love while maintaining balance the rest of the time and pani puri is definitely my go-to indulgence.”
Toral Rasputra, who plays Kunti in Hastinapur Ke Veer, shared,
“I believe fitness is a lifestyle and not something that should feel restrictive. My favourite cheat meal is a comforting plate of dal-chawal with ghee, followed by a dessert I enjoy. Sometimes the foods that bring you happiness are the ones that keep you emotionally nourished too. The key is moderation and balance.”
