Sep 10: Newgen Software, a leader in intelligent enterprise orchestration, today announced its recognition in Forrester’s The Content Platforms Landscape, Q3 2026. Authored by Cheryl McKinnon, the report provides an overview of 37 vendors in the content platforms market.

According to the report, “content platforms provide a range of automation, governance, and collaborative capabilities that enable technical teams to deliver document-centric applications to users.”

Within the landscape, Newgen is listed with a geographic focus spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC, and an industry focus across financial services and insurance, government and public sector, and healthcare. Newgen is also one of the vendors that reported offering all three primary deployment models tracked in the report: hosted/private SaaS, multitenant SaaS, and on-premises.

Commenting on the recognition, Varun Goswami, Global Head of Product and AI, Newgen Software, said:

“In today’s digital economy, content is not merely information that organizations store; it is a strategic asset that drives business outcomes. As enterprises accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives, the ability to govern, secure, and contextualize content across the organization has become increasingly critical. At Newgen, we believe modern content platforms must go beyond traditional document management to enable intelligent access, automation, compliance, and decision-making.“

He further added,

“NewgenONE Contextual Content Services empowers organizations to connect content with processes, applications, and AI-driven workflows, creating a foundation for more agile and intelligent operations. We are delighted to be recognized in Forrester’s The Content Platforms Landscape, Q3 2026, and remain focused on helping enterprises transform content into a catalyst for innovation and growth.”

Beyond the core use cases, Forrester asked each participating vendor to identify up to three extended use cases as strategic focus areas. Newgen identified AI readiness of unstructured data, application generation for content-centric apps, and intelligent document processing among its top three extended use cases.
