Bhopal,25 April 2023: Re-emphasizing the need to build a culture of safe riding habits in India, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) took forward its National Road Safety Awareness Campaign in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Road Safety is a global priority for Honda. Through this three-day camp at IES University in Bhopal, HMSI spread awareness of safe riding practices to more than 3,200 college students and staff members. HMSI’s road safety instructors utilized age-appropriate road safety learning programs to enhance the retention of road safety awareness among all.

Speaking on HMSI’s commitment towards building a collision-free India, Mr. Prabhu Nagaraj, Operating Officer – Brand & Communication, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India said, “Road safety education is essential for developing a road safety mindset. 3. INTERACTIVE SESSION: Participants were given danger prediction training known as Kiken Yosoku Training (KYT) which helps in enhancing rider/driver’s sensitivity to danger and ensures safe driving behaviour on roads.

4. EXISTING DRIVERS HONING RIDING SKILLS: Students & school staff members who are already existing riders tested & honed their riding skills through slow riding activities and riding on narrow planks.

5. LEARNING IN A FUN WAY: To ensure that the young students could learn more about road safety, Honda also conducted fun educational activities like road safety games and quizzes on daily basis.

The acquisition is in line with AMI Organics’ strategy of expanding its speciality chemicals division to focus on niche products manufactured using advanced technology with low competition and high entry barriers. AMI Organics has already developed two electrolyte additives used as Solid Electrolyte Interface in Lithium-lon-Batteries which are awaiting commercial orders from its customers. This agreement gives AMI access to the complementing products of Baba Fine Chemicals which are also focused on the electronic industry, mainly semiconductors.

Transaction details:

· AMI Organics to acquire 55% partnership interest in Baba Fine Chemicals from two partners for the consideration of Rs. 68.2cr subject to adjustments as may be required at closing stage (“Purchase Consideration’).

· Third Partner at BFC, Mr. Rakesh Gupta will continue to stay on the board and lead the Marketing and Technical Development for BFC.

· The consideration is based on a valuation of 4x adjusted EBITDA for FY23.

· The Purchase Consideration will be discharged through a combination cash consideration and issuance of securities of the Company to the exiting parties on a preferential basis

· The consummation of the transaction is subject to completion of customary conditions precedent including obtaining such approvals as may be required.

· The acquisition of Partnership Interest shall be subject to such regulatory /statutory approvals as may be required under applicable laws including the approval of the shareholders of the Company for issuance of Subscription Shares on a preferential basis.

New Delhi, April 25, 2023: State Level Coordinator, Delhi, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited along with Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), Indian Oil Corporation Limited, and other Oil & Gas Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) hosted the inaugural function of a dynamic campaign titled SAKSHAM from 24th April 2023 to 8th May 2023, with the theme ‘ऊर्जा संरक्षण- नेट ज़ीरो की ओर’।, to sensitize the masses about the conservation and judicious usage of petroleum products towards achieving the twin objectives of keeping health and environment safe along with securing energy resources for the future generations.

Multiple activities and mass campaigns will be conducted during the course of SAKSHAM 2023 (Sanrakshan Kshamta Mahotsav) in different parts of the country.

The campaign was kicked off on April 24, 2023, in a function inaugurated by Honourable Minister of State, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri Rameswar Teli, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. During the inauguration ceremony, the Honourable Minister emphasized the importance laid by the government towards energy conservation and accelerated adoption of green and renewable energy.

Shri Pankaj Jain, Secretary of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas administered the oath to conserve oil and gas to the gathering. He also emphasized the importance and relevance of net zero. He further explained the importance of various kinds of fuel that will aid in the energy transition.

During SAKSHAM 2023, Oil and Gas Companies have planned to organize various environment-friendly activities including Cyclothon, Walkathon, Fuel Saving Concerts, Mega Driver Training Workshop, Training Programme for LPG Delivery Boys, PUC Check, Group Talk, etc.

At the end of the program, the Chief Guest, along with the Secretary Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas also flagged off a publicity van carrying the message of energy conservation towards net zero.

KSH Logistics will work on creating a network of efficient stores and warehouses that can be accessed by the 3W EV fleet, enabling efficient, fast, and cost-effective delivery solutions to its customers, locally.

An industry report published last year stated that the last-mile emissions of the six largest global delivery and e-commerce companies alone amounted to approximately 4.5 mega tonnes of CO2 and this figure is expected to grow exponentially soon.
