To promote research excellence, the program offers financial support, including a monthly stipend of ₹50,000 for the first two years and ₹55,000 for the subsequent years, along with ₹200,000 grants for national and international conferences. Doctoral scholars will also receive a contingency grant and one-time support of ₹50,000 for research-related resources.

Candidates with a valid GATE, GRE, GMAT, JRF (UGC/CSIR), UGC NET, with CAT score (July 1, 2023, onward) and a Master’s/PGP from IIMs or equivalent (min. 55% marks) can apply. Those with CA/ICWA and a degree, CS with B.Com (min. 60% marks), a 4-year B.E./B.Tech/B. Arch (min. 6.5 CGPA), or a 5-year Integrated Master’s (min. 60% marks) are also eligible.

Mandi, 15 February 2025: The PwC India Foundation, in partnership with SEEDS, has completed the reconstruction of the Kuklah Government Primary School in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Mumbai, 13th Feb: Mukand Limited, a leader in the specialty steel and heavy machinery industry, successfully hosted the 5th Edition of its annual Mukand Shahapur Road Race as part of its CSR initiative to promote sports and physical well-being among school students on 8th Feb in Shahapur, Thane. •  Scholarships are available for various schools, including the School of Social Sciences, School of Environment, Education and Development, School of Arts, Languages and Cultures, and Alliance Manchester Business School.

• Timeline: Prospective students must submit their scholarship applications online by 10 April 2025. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 April 2025.

• Postgraduate: The University of Manchester offers international students 230 merit-based scholarships. The value of The Global Futures Scholarships for South Asian students is £8,000. Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a discount on published overseas tuition fees.

• Eligibility Criteria: Applicants will be considered for the award based on academic merit and the quality of their scholarship application.

• Timeline: Please note the application form will only be made available to students once they have applied and been made an offer (either conditional or unconditional).

2. GREAT Scholarship 2025:
The University of Manchester is offering qualified students a GREAT scholarship of £10,000 towards tuition fees for the majority of one-year master’s programs in collaboration with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. Additionally, students from India who will enroll in the 2025–2026 academic year are eligible to receive a GREAT scholarship specifically for taught master’s programs in the School of Arts, Languages, and Cultures.

Timeline:Indian students must apply by 24 April 2025, with results announced by 30 May 2025.

3. Humanities Postgraduate Scholarships:
Designed for future leaders, these scholarships provide £10,000 in funding and are granted based on academic merit without the need for a separate application.

4. Manchester Humanities International Excellence Scholarship:

04, February 2025,Chennai: The journey from being a deeply enthusiastic Math learner to an extraordinary Math genius is just a camp away. This summer, Epsilon India Camp returns with an intense, fun and immersive summer programme for students aged 9 to 13.

Organised by the Raising A Mathematician (RAM) Foundation, Epsilon India is a residential summer camp that empowers mathematically gifted students by combining advanced mathematics education with personal and social development. Epsilon India draws inspiration from the highly regarded Epsilon Camp, founded in the USA in 2011 by veteran research mathematician Dr George R Thomas, founder of Epsilon USA, MathPath and MathCamp.

This year the camp is hosted at the lush green 40-acre campus of Krea University, a leading Liberal Arts and Sciences college situated in Sri City, 70 km from Chennai. Away from the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan, this self-sustained campus boasts of neighbours such as Sriharikota, Kalahasti, Tada and Pulicat.

The camp offers a rigorous curriculum covering a wide array of topics, including Methods of Proofs, Combinatorics, Geometry, Group Theory, and Number Theory. Students are selected on the basis of their performance in the qualification test, a letter of recommendation and an interview. Around 40-50 students are selected from all over India and overseas, out of hundreds of applications. Children spend two screen-free weeks, attending undergraduate-level courses each day, immersing themselves in their passion for the subject. Many participants of the Epsilon India camp perform exceptionally well in Mathematics, Computer Science and Science Olympiads apart from other prestigious competitions at the international level. The camp also offers children and their parents the opportunity to connect with like-minded families, sharing opportunities and perspectives.

The students will be taught primarily by professional Mathematicians, Scientists, Computer Scientists and Statisticians from both academia and industry. Participants will also have Teaching Assistants to help with homework and other academic queries. Counsellors will take care of the students’ socio-emotional needs.
