Kottayam, Dec 06: KFON has achieved a major milestone in Kottayam, crossing 10,000 internet connections. The service continues to gain strong traction across homes, offices, and commercial establishments in the region.
KFON has delivered 7,730 household connections, along with connectivity for 473 BPL families and more than 1,800 government institutions, including the Collectorate. By offering high-speed internet at highly affordable rates, KFON continues to gain strong acceptance among the public.
The network footprint in the district has expanded to 2,295.3 km of optical fibre cable. Commercial services are delivered through an extensive partner network, comprising 380 Local Network Operators working across the district.
