The study found that it takes on average 50 candidate leads to close a blue-collar hire in Mumbai and Delhi, while the same number is 40 in Pune and Bangalore as compared to 30 in the rest of India. On the other hand, when considering grey-collar job types, Delhi, and Mumbai both have an average of 90 leads per hire, while Bangalore and Pune show an average of 70 leads per hire. The rest of India has an average of 50 leads per hire for grey-collar job types. Based on these findings, the competition for talent in various cities across India exhibits a notable degree of variation, particularly when distinguishing between blue and grey-collar job categories.

The collaborative effort seeks to drive positive sentiments towards early and consistent health tests, tumor management, and symptom recognition, all crucial aspects in the battle against cancer.

Cancer’s prevalence as a significant health challenge persists, ranking among the leading causes of mortality. In India, the reluctance to address Cancer early is often rooted in fear and a lax attitude towards health. The common forms of cancer in the country include Breast Cancer, Oral Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Lung Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer. The Sanjeevani initiative focuses on empowering and supporting individuals to confront these fears and actively fight Cancer.
