RBI’s Steady Repo Rate Boosts Confidence in the Real Estate Sector

The Reserve Bank of India’s decision to keep the repo rate unchanged at 5.25% has reinforced stability and confidence across the real estate sector. Industry leaders believe that a steady interest rate environment, coupled with the continued transmission of earlier rate cuts and the government’s increased public capital expenditure, is supporting resilient residential demand. DITE&C to launch AI Hackathon under Goa AI Mission 2027

Altinho, Feb,  6: The Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications (DITE&C), Goa, announced the launch of the Goa AI Hackathon, aimed at promoting the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in government service delivery. This initiative is a key component of the Goa AI Mission 2027, focused on leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric governance.

RBI Holds Repo Rate Steady, Signals Supportive Monetary Conditions for Growth
