Market Tailwinds + Unit Economics Inflection

Zoomcar believes India presents a compelling long-term opportunity for peer-to-peer car-sharing, driven by low car penetration and rising digital adoption. Mumbai, Feb 18: Union Mutual Fund today signed a Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) agreement with CAMS to support transaction processing and investor servicing for Arthaya SIF. This arrangement is aimed at ensuring operational readiness and a seamless servicing experience for investors and distribution partners when Investment strategies under Arthaya SIF are launched.
