Air India celebrates International Cabin Crew Day

Today is International Cabin Crew Day and it’s time to thank our ambassadors in the skies. As we cruise at 35,000 feet, our cabin crew colleagues are the reassuring presence for our guests, the problem-solvers in times of need, and the friendly, warm faces that make long journeys feel more like home.

In a candid interview with our Newsroom team, Air India’s Head of Cabin Crew Operations, NG Ju Li takes you on a tour of the Air India Training Academy in Gurugram. As South Asia’s largest aviation training academy, it trains over 2,000 professionals, including cabin crew, every day. If you are aspiring to serve as a cabin crew some day, listen in to know what it takes to be one. And, if you are one already, this one is an ode to you. You just don’t fly Air India, You are Air India!
