Aug 20: This monsoon, 3 Spices invites diners to savour the flavours of the season with the Golden Harvest Monsoon Fest, a limited-period culinary celebration featuring a selection of corn-based delicacies as part of its dinner buffet. The festival will be available from 17th to 31st August 2026, bringing together a variety of vegetarian preparations that highlight the versatility of corn.
Conceptualised keeping the month of Shravan in mind, the Golden Harvest Monsoon Fest presents a vegetarian-focused spread, with corn taking centre stage across a range of appetisers, mains and other preparations. The menu brings together familiar flavours and creative interpretations, offering diners an opportunity to experience the ingredient in different textures and preparations.
From flavourful appetisers to hearty mains and inventive corn-based creations, the festival adds a seasonal touch to the dinner buffet. The selection has been curated to showcase the versatility of corn while complementing the wider spread available at 3 Spices.
