Bengaluru, 9th September 2023 Myntra has unveiled its Autumn-Winter collection in a 45-day event that will showcase the top trends, latest styles, and much-loved fabrics and silhouettes of the season. Launched right in the leadup to the festive season, this all-encompassing selection of more than 50,000 styles across 1000+ homegrown and international brands will be a part of the Autumn-Winter collection, across categories like western wear, ethnic wear, men’s casual wear, occasion wear, workwear, sportswear, footwear, and beauty and personal care, among others.

The kick-off to the Autumn-Winter season celebrates some of the emerging global trends to watch out for, featuring compelling collections from H&M, Country-Side Casuals by The Bear House, and Fusion Faves by Global Desi, among others. Leading brands such as Nike, Forever New, Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Mango, and Tommy Hilfiger will also showcase their latest collections on Myntra, as a part of the new season unveil. Shoppers can also look forward to exploring the new season’s collection from over 100 international brands such as Boohoo, BoohooMAN, Nautica and Under Armour, 40+ homegrown brands such as Bewakoof, Snitch, and Rare Rabbit, along with a bevy of luxury brands such as Ralph Lauren, Fred Perry and Versace, among others. The new season’s offerings are attractively priced starting from ₹199 onwards on select items.

Myntra’s Autumn-Winter collection will see a roster of brands offering uber-trendy colour palettes like dopamine brights and dark hues, with pastel shades being driven by the need for transitional tones. There has been a shift in customer preferences, from flashy and loud outfits to a more sophisticated and minimal sense of style, while preferring to let quality and design speak louder than the logos they don. The use of Luxe Ombre (satin in ombre shades) is another emerging trend for the season, which is being used across crop tops, halter necks, and sarees, among others. Demand for faux leather and animal prints have also seen a rise in demand in lieu of the new season, along with other trends like tone-on-tone and old money aesthetics.

Some of the most sought-after styles from the new season’s collection includes hype sneakers, oversized blazers, sheer tops, meta streetwear, skater-fit jeans, statement jackets, gradient stripes, textured knits, re-imagined denims, and smart cargo pants. Trends have also evolved towards a more digital approach with a focus on abstract prints, while neck cutouts, side cutouts and asymmetric cutouts have also gained traction.

Visibility for the Autumn Winter Campaign will be augmented via Myntra’s popular creator army of 500+ influencers for both social media and social commerce content, in the form of reels, images, and Myntra Minis, a short-form video platform aimed to enable the discovery of fashion and beauty trends. Much-loved influencers like Samidha Singh, Akash Chaudhary, Varun Verma and Asmita Kaushik will create trending transition content in looks and hauls format, around trends like cottagecore (an aesthetic that celebrates simple living, particularly in the countryside), Cuban club (being effortlessly cool and stylish), gorpcore (outdoor wear worn as streetwear), maximalist, and festive wear. The new season collection is integrated across the storefront with multiple entry points on the Myntra app, enabling seamless access to shoppers.
