Chennai, 13 October 2026: Pullman Chennai Anna Salai welcomes Anuradha Venkatachalam as its new General Manager, effective 1 October 2026. Bringing over 16 years of international hospitality experience across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Anuradha’s career has spanned Commercial, Marketing, Operations, pre-openings and brand launches across diverse markets and leading global hospitality brands.
Beginning her journey with Crowne Plaza Bahrain in 2010, Anuradha went on to hold leadership roles with JW Marriott Kuwait and IHG in Oman and Singapore. Most recently, she served as Hotel Captain at Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud, leading the pre-opening and launch of the first Moxy hotel in South Asia. At the heart of Anuradha’s leadership is a deep belief in people. Passionate about empowering women and nurturing talent, she is committed to developing hospitality leaders, building teams where people feel trusted, empowered and inspired to grow. Her leadership philosophy centres on building teams, developing brands and creating meaningful experiences for all stakeholders.
Equally passionate about lifestyle brands and their stories, Anuradha believes in bringing a brand’s personality to life through every touchpoint.
