New Delhi, 11th July 2023: Roseate Hotels & Resorts presents an outstanding fine dining experience at The Roseate House New Delhi, Aerocity curated by the renowned Western Australian Chef Tony Howell on July 15th & 16th, 2023.
Chef Tony as he is affectionately known has garnered a reputation as one of Australia’s top chefs, as Tourism Australia’s Ambassador and the Western Australian face of ‘Restaurant Australia’. One of the most awarded and recognized Chefs, passionate about using fresh, seasonal, local produce has been featured repeatedly on the Conde Nast Travellers Gold List Best Food Category (2005, 2008, 2011 and 2012). He has appeared on numerous cooking shows, hosted Channel 7’s hit lifestyle program ‘Fresh TV’ and appeared as a guest chef on Master Chef Australia 2011.
Chef Tony has curated an exclusive 6-course dinner that promises to light up the weekend:
The Non-vegetarian selection includes Sashimi Tuna, Seared Scallops, pea, Jamon crumb, King prawns, Cafe d Paris butter, saffron risotto; and Roasted Truffled chicken, roast shallots, asparagus, corn, chicken jus.
The vegetarian selection features Sashimi of Asian mushrooms, beetroot cappuccio, goat cheese, pickled shallots, mushroom, spinach and truffle risotto and creamed corn, roast shallots, charred asparagus, tart.
Chef Tony will showcase his signature bread with truffle whipped butter and the dinner will have a delightful finale featuring toffee-crusted cardamom and ginger brulee along with pistachio biscotti.
