On July 9th and 10th, Across invites you to a special edition of The High Table – a 9-course dining experience titled “Thamel Edition.” This intimate, one-of-a-kind event brings stories, spice, and soul together through Himalayan plates reimagined with reverence and finesse. Expect fiddlehead ferns and wild-foraged mushrooms, soupy buffalo momos, heirloom lentils, aged yak cheese, and hand-ground Timur and Yerma – all sourced directly from the Himalayan foothills and reinterpreted with Mumbai’s palate in mind.
This edition of The High Table is more than a dinner – it’s a personal invitation from Chef Viraf and Prakriti to share in their Himalayan homecoming.
