Pratibha Sharma, Academic Director of Bhai Parmanand Vidya Mandir, received the award from Raj Kumar Ranjan Singh, Honourable Minister of State for Education and External Affairs, Govt. of India, and Ramesh Pokhriyal, former Minister of Education, Govt. of India.
