Insights from HAREESH P K SIR – CEO, FOUNDER of Arjunaa Academy for Achievers and SENIOR FACULTY FOR PCM:
One of the distinct feature at AAA is that we give toppers the freedom that they can solve additional questions in the classroom once they have completed solving questions given by the teacher. He also shared his observation of each of the 3 Toppers for anyone to understand why they stood out.
He said about Shreesha – “He was consistent from day 1. He would always ask teachers for more tests, stayed for hours daily after classes to discuss his doubts with teachers and peers.” And “Lakshmi one of the most obedient student had a never give up attitude. Smart preparation, played to her strengths, due to her strong fundamentals in Chemistry and Maths, she was able to excel with flying colours”. And “Mithil was a great self-learner and had excellent peer to peer learning and used all our resources rightly. Would take teachers help whenever required. Never missed any tests and attended paper discussions.”
Shreesha said, “Initially, I was not able to solve harder questions. Then Hareesh Sir guided me and I started using the modules of AAA which have a really diverse and relevant collection of problems, especially for IIT JEE Advanced and my problem solving ability drastically improved”.
Lakshmi was quoted as saying, “The mock tests that were conducted exposed us to a wide variety of questions from a particular chapter and attempting them in the exam and learning how to solve them later strengthened our concepts”. “I’d also like to emphasize how vital it is to maintain your physical, emotional and mental health during your preparation.
Mithil said, “Initially I faced problem in consistency which was later solved with the help of our teachers. Faculties gave their 100% by staying with us in the academy for longer durations where they cleared our doubts, AAA gave us plenty of mock tests over the period of 2 years by which I got to know about my mistakes and got it rectified.”
