Gurugram: KIIT College of Engineering celebrated Constitution Day with great enthusiasm by organizing Slogan Writing, Declamation, and PowerPoint Presentation Competitions. The event aimed to raise awareness about the Constitution and foster creativity and presentation skills among students.
The competitions revolved around themes such as The Preamble of the Constitution, Know Your Constitution, The Making of the Constitution, and Celebrating the Glory of the Constitution. Students showcased their talent through impactful slogans, delivered compelling speeches, and presented their ideas in PowerPoint presentations.
The participants displayed exceptional talent in the competitions. In the PowerPoint Presentation competition, Hari and Anurag secured the first position, followed by Suryoday and Adarsh in second place, and Mahi and Kashish in third place. Consolation prizes were awarded to Yogesh and Shekhar, and Anshika (BCA). In the Slogan Writing competition, Sanya (B.Tech) claimed the first prize, Pooja (B.Ed) came second, and Mukund (B.Tech) secured the third spot, with consolation prizes going to Priyanka (B.Ed) and Naveen (B.Tech). In the Declamation competition, Rajnibala bagged the first position, while Anoop Jha and Shubham secured second and third places respectively, with Pankaj receiving a consolation prize.
Dr. Neelima Kamrah, Registrar of KIIT College of Engineering, remarked, “Our students have demonstrated outstanding talent and creativity through these competitions. Such events not only provide them with an opportunity to understand the values of the Constitution but also contribute significantly to their personality development and confidence building.”
This program served as a platform for students to delve deeper into the significance of the Constitution while expressing their ideas in innovative and impactful ways. KIIT College looks forward to organizing more such enriching events in the future.
