Osho Dham Hosts Special Pranayoga Meditation on International Yoga Day

New Delhi, June 22 Osho Dham, New Delhi, celebrated International Yoga Day with participants gathering to experience the transformative power of yoga and meditation through a day of special meditative events and celebrations. The day began with Osho’s Dynamic Meditation from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, energizing participants through Osho’s signature active meditation technique.

The celebrations continued with a special Osho Pranayoga Meditation session in the Meditation Hall, facilitated by Swami Chaitanya Keerti, Chief Editor of Osho World and internationally acclaimed meditation facilitator. Based on Osho’s teachings, the session focused on Pranayoga, the science of breath awareness rooted in Patanjali Yoga and Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Participants were guided to observe the natural rhythm of their breath, helping them move from mental activity toward deeper awareness and inner stillness. According to Osho, breath serves as a bridge between the body and the soul, connecting the outer world with the inner divine.

Speaking on the occasion, Swami Chaitanya Keerti said, “Yoga is not merely exercise- it is a doorway to transformation. At Osho Dham, we believe Dhyan Yoga awakens not just the body, but the mind and spirit within. Without meditation, life remains surface-level—fleeting, restless, incomplete. Dhyan tunes us inward, where real growth begins.” He further shared Osho’s insight on Pranayoga: “Pranayoga means understanding that the breath goes very deep within us. It touches the body on one side and the soul on the other. By changing our relationship with the breath, a person can also come to know the ultimate truth.”

The celebration highlighted the deeper dimensions of yoga beyond physical postures, emphasizing meditation, awareness, and inner transformation. The event concluded on a joyful note with an engaging live band performance, bringing participants together in celebration and reflection. The overwhelming response reflected a growing interest in holistic well-being and conscious living, making the event a meaningful tribute to the true spirit of International Yoga Day.
