Jaipur,24th June 2023. Jaipur’s versatile young talented Bhavini Bhargava has not only made Rajasthan, but the whole country proud with her achievements. She has been awarded the ‘Deakin Rajasthan Royals 100% Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship’ worth Rs 70 Lakhs by the world-famous Deakin University in Australia. This, she is currently doing a Bachelor in Sports Management course there. It is worth mentioning that after testing several stages, some youths from all over the world are selected for this scholarship.

Only two students including Bhavini Bhargava of Jaipur have been selected from India in this academic session. Under the internship with NGO Vasudha Jan Vikas Sansthan of Rajasthan, Bhavini was selected for this scholarship to make village girls aware about sports and on the basis of sports and academic achievements. She is the daughter of Dr. Puneet Bhargava (renowned dermatologist of Jaipur) and Dr. Seema Bhargava.

Motivation face of Indian education in Australia –

To motivate Indian students for their work in Australia, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has chosen Bhavini Bhargava as the motivation face of education collaboration in India and Australia. Bhavini considers this honor a great responsibility and hopes that Indian students who go abroad for studies bring laurels to the country with their achievements across the world.

Aware village girls for making a career in sports –

A board topper in her school and currently sports ambassador of Deakin University, Bhavini has played many national tournaments in cricket, badminton, athletics and cycling. She has played National Badminton six times and has been included in the top-20 India ranking of doubles. Also, has played on behalf of the Rajasthan cricket team in the BCCI National Tournament.

Bhavini explained the importance of sports to the girls of the villages during her internship under the ‘Aao Gaon Se Juden’ project of NGO Vasudha Jan Vikas Sansthan and told how the possibilities of new jobs can be explored in sports. She aroused interest in sports among the girls of Thanagazi (Alwar) and many other nearby villages. Mona Sharma, director, of Vasudha Jan Vikas Sansthan, said that it is a matter of pride for us that a versatile talent like Bhavini joins our NGO, who has made the country proud. By performing well in both the fields of education and sports, she has become an example for the youth today. Through the project ‘Aao Gaon se juden’, we make rural girls and women aware of new career options by connecting young talents.

Bhavini’s book ‘Unheard’ became Amazon’s best-selling book –

Bhavini has written the English Poem Book ‘Unheard’, which is now Amazon’s best-selling book and has made Bhavini Amazon’s best-selling book writer. In this book, , through her writings, this young author has told how to overcome the ups and downs in life. Recently this book was launched in a program organized by Deakin University and Rajasthan Royals. It was launched by the Rajasthan Royals cricket team; Matthew Johnson, Australian High Commission’s South Asia Minister Counselor (Education and Research) in Delhi; Ravneet Paha, Global Vice President and CEO (South Asia), Deakin University, Australia; Dr. Puneet Bhargava, Dr. Seema Bhargava and Mona Sharma, Director, Vasudha Jan Vikas Sansthan. On this occasion, Bhavini shared the inspiration behind writing this book through video conferencing from Australia. For this, Bhavini has also been awarded the Best Upcoming English Writer Award by the country’s prestigious film magazine Filmfare Middle East Magazine. Digital Transformation must improve user experience, customer experience, bottom line and behaviour said Chief Guest, Mr SGK Kishore, Executive Director (South) and Chief Innovation Officer – GMR Airports at GMR Group, (Ex. IAS) at the Impetus, a full-day innovative conclave held at HICC on Friday, aimed at driving digital transformation and empowering industries held on Friday at HICC.

He was delivering a keynote address on Digital Transformation and gave his perspective. He described the event as unique and timely. It is an opportune time, he said and that the day-long conference was planned for discussions on new technologies, embracing technologies and digital transformation. And a good part of the conclave, he said, that most of the participants are MSMEs, for whom technology is an essential part of their business. It is important for them to remodel their business.

There are three aspects to Digital Transformation as I understand, the top official of GMR Airports said. We keep hearing three different buzzwords—Digitization, Digitalization and Digital Transformation. Digitization is the initial step in using digital tools. Digitalization is about bringing in products and solutions. Mother of all these two is Digital Transformation. It is about how an organization transforms using digital technologies. It is more about their behaviour, their culture. The end objective is to improve their bottom line, culture, user engagement etc.

At GMR we have been focusing on new-age technologies. Our chairman is an ardent fan of embracing new-age technologies. Though covid accelerated this process, more impetus must be given to that sector, he observed.

Sri JA Chowdary, Founder, ISF, and former President of HYSEA said he heard when he was an IT advisor to Chief Minister Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, an SBI chairman saying ‘we are a technology company and we also do banking”. This is how one should look at their company and transform digitally. I also know of an incident where a PSU has taken one and half years to build a mammoth Data Logger, which later failed to work. Later the PSU imported a tiny machine, which did its job. Taking failures like this into account many refrained from getting digitally transformed, he said. Unless you are digitally transformed, you cant survive. Today many banks have fewer branches and more transactions. And they work 24×7, 365 days. That is the power of digital transformation he added. The theme is very apt and it is an ideal time to the organisation a one-day conference on the same.

Zakir Khan Becomes First Indian Comedian to Perform at Madison Square Garden

As per the CBRE report, the leasing of retail spaces more than doubled in the first quarter of 2023, reflecting a revival in consumption and the growing aspirations of retailers. The region’s booming economy, rising disposable incomes, and shifting consumer preferences have contributed to this surge.

“Delhi NCR’s strategic location, combined with its large consumer base and well-developed infrastructure, positions it as an attractive market for retailers and investors seeking to tap into the potential of the commercial real estate sector. The region’s dynamic economic environment and growing population provide a fertile ground for retail expansion and long-term business growth,” says Ajendra Singh, VP-Sales and Marketing, Spectrum Metro.

Despite Ahmadabad taking the lead in absorption, Delhi NCR holds a 26% share in leasing retail spaces. The region’s strategic location, vast consumer base, and robust infrastructure make it an attractive destination for retailers and investors. Emerging retail hotspots like Noida, Greater Noida (West), Yamuna Expressway, and Faridabad are witnessing rapid commercial development, offering prime opportunities for businesses to establish a presence.

With developers launching captivating mega structures as commercial centres, claimed as the tallest in the country, the future of Delhi NCR’s commercial real estate market looks spirited. Further, the report also indicates that retail supply in 2023 is expected to surpass the previous year, driven primarily by the addition of pent-up supply and several projects getting operational this year.
