Mattress Brand “Kozynap” secures funding round led by Singapore based Institutional Investor

Kolkata, 20th November 2023: Kolkata-based start-up “KOZYNAP” has raised an un-disclosed amount in its “seed round”. Round was led by Singapore-based Institutional Investor- BeyondSeed Venture Solutions Pte. Ltd (“BeyondSeed”). Other investors in the round include founding members of India-based unicorns and soonicorns, and a marquee Investment Banker from Dubai.

KOZYNAP specializes in manufacturing mattresses which are customized as per individual’s needs on the basis of an individual’s orthopaedic concerns, age and body composition,thusensuring optimum support and comfort levels for the end users.

Pee Safe takes lead to inculcate safe hygiene practice on World Toilet Day

New Delhi,20th November 2023: Pee Safe, India’s largest and fastest-growing personal hygiene and wellness brand, has launched “Hygeine Ki Aadat” an awareness campaign for the World Toilet Day, aiming to inculcate the importance of safe hygiene.

World Toilet Day is celebrated on 19th November each year to inspire and raise awareness to tackle global sanitation crises. The World Health Organization established this day in 2001, and the theme for this year is – Accelerating Change.

The Pee Safe campaign contrasts with other advertising, which mainly revolves around scaring consumers about the dangers lurking beneath their bottoms and is instead about spreading awareness of better hygiene practices and preventing the risk of infections such as UTIs and E. coli.

With the campaign, Pee Safe wants to make people aware of products such as toilet seat sanitizer sprays, toilet seat covers, and stand-and-pee devices, which allow you to pee in public toilets with ease. Holding pee can increase the risk of UTIs, and using unhygienic toilets can increase the risk of toilet-borne infections. As per a report by IndiaSpend, about 50% of women contract UTI in their lifetime, and it is majorly due to unclean toilet seats and unhealthy practices.

The campaign with the tagline “Hygiene ki Aadat” talks about accelerating changes, and one can form safe and hygienic toilet habits in just 21 days. The campaign also highlights that the change needs to start by teaching safe and healthy toilet practices among kids right in their formative years.

This intellectually charged event, held on November 17th, brought together some of the city’s brightest young minds to deliberate on the topic, ‘US-India strategic relationship will contribute towards regional stability in South Asia.’

Ms. Anne Vasquez, Consular Chief, moderated the event ensuring a fair and engaging exchange of ideas among the participating students. World Pre-Maturity Day celebrated the ‘Light of Life’ with Preterm babies at Ankura Hospital, Vijayawada

Vijayawada: 20th November 2023: Ankura Hospital, a premier hospital for women and children celebrated the Light of Life with Preterm babies and their families on the occasion of World Prematurity Day. Preterm birth (before the 37th week of pregnancy) is the leading cause of death in children under the age of five. Each year, about 15 million babies worldwide are born preterm, that is about 1 in 10 children. This day is intended to increase awareness about pre-term deliveries and the concerns of pre-term babies and their families.

A Successful Road Safety Awareness Campaign by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India at Bagepalli, Karnataka

To enhance its people-centric approach, HMSI recently held one of its road safety awareness campaigns in the town of Karnataka leaving a lasting impact on the participants. On the green roads of Bagepalli town, in the grounds of BGS Public School, HMSI achieved one of its milestones where it saw an active participation of more than 3000 school students and staff members. The innovative activities such as slogan writing, poster-making contests, road safety quiz, and article writing competition kept the participants engaged throughout the campaign leaving a lasting impact on the participants.

HMSI strongly believes that children are the future of this society and their awareness of road safety at an early stage can contribute to making the roads accident free. It frequently conducts road safety awareness programs that are interactive and engaging, catering to a wide range of age groups, from children to youth and are conducted in schools, colleges, government institutions, and non-governmental organizations.

3. EXISTING DRIVERS HONING RIDING SKILLS: Students & school staff members who are already existing riders tested & honed their riding skills through slow riding activities and riding on narrow planks.

Shillong Lit Festival concludes on a high note

Mumbai/Shillong,20th November 2023:: The conclusion of the third edition of the Shillong Literary Festival was marked by a dynamic closing ceremony at the Ward’s Lake, attended by esteemed dignitaries, including the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Shri.
